Infamous O ring leak

So, replaced the lower oil pan gasket, etc. Still have the oil spotting by passenger tire, dissected must be the timing chain issue.
Getting mixed info from other posts, how detrimental is this to fix, or just monitor and manage? I'm at 173k miles

Its not to the point where its noticeable on dipstick, so......

Yeah, it'll be next quick fix to assure, but pretty positive its coming from the timing chain cover.

Your valve cover gaskets are ok? The back one is hard to see, you just get oil on your y-pipe and axle.

I bought my 4G at 130k and did not figure out it was the infamous o ring leak until 140k after having tried the sending unit. I pretty much monitored the oil weekly and did not have much oil loss to be honest. I sold it at just under 200k and just monitored it up until then since I did not want to drop the money on repairing it. It's definitely annoying but manageable I would say.
