HELP! Chipped Paint on Caps of my 16" SE Wheels

The paint is chipping off the center caps of my stock 16" wheels on my 98 SE. It looks really unsightly and I really want to repaint them to match again with the stock wheels as I'm going to be selling them in a few months.

Does anyone know how to repaint/fix the problem? Is there anywhere I can buy new center caps for the wheels?

repainting centercaps

Check this link. I used the Duplicolor Steel paint, it matched well. I think the dealer cost is about $20.00
a cap. This is why I painted them.
