I have read up, know some people just wd40 and clean plunger and problem goes away.
I dont want to start troubleshooting and starting from scratch if anyone has a better idea of where to start, it is most appreciated.

P1447 is EVAP Control System Purge Flow Monitoring. Check the EC section of the FSM in the Knowledge Base; it will provide a list of things which could cause the problem in order of priority to check. There are a couple of purge control related parts on the upper engine that it points to first.
