I have experienced gas coming back out of the tank when filling my 99 max. I usually set the gas pump to automatically shut off when full, but a little gas comes out right as it shuts off. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a way to fix it?

 

Try a different gas station. Maybe the nozzel is bad.

 

This has happened at a BP and a Shell that I have been using for years.

 

i had this happen to my 99 max also, at several dif gas stations

 

Is there any fix to this? or just stand outside in the cold and try to stop before it happens?
