So my new exedy oem replacement clutch doesn't start to grab until the pedal is almost released. The adjustment rod going into the clutch mc is already turned as counter clockwise as possible. Is this normal for a new clutch? Is there any other way to adjust the engagement point, like at the slave cylinder maybe?

Am I missing something here?

 

naw man the only way to adjust is the master cylinder rod. Try to adjust it more the other way.
