Torque Converter Code (PO744)

Just did a vavle body install and its not going into 3rd and 4th gear, what's seems to be my problem?

When you installed the valve body did you piece it back the right way and the bolts and certain screws go in certain places and specific torque. Did you install the new shift solinoids. The reason your 3rd and 4th are not working because the shift sol A/Bare not shifting sol A is 1-3 sol B 3-4 gears. Try re-opening the valve body and take out the valve lifters and springs and make sure nothing is jammed up dump the valve body into the ATF bucket that will loosen up the jamed springs and shifting components.

I didn't do the install but we just used the sol wires off the oe valve body and put them on the new valve body. My old 1 worked good so I'm thinking sumthing went wrong with the install
