Carbon Monoxide

I have a 95 GLE Maxima. About a year ago (I think), my mom was driving it and was rear-ended by some idiot driving a truck. Obviously mommy didn't teach him how to drive very well, or he thought he was driving a Mazda coup. Anyhow, he smashed into the rear end, dis-jointing the trunk, cracking the rear windshield, the flanks were smashed, and part of the interior. NOW, when they took it in to get fixed (god only knows why), the place that fixed it was obviously getting paid by the insurance company. i.e. After market parts (even though it was a Nissan place) and everything. They did a shoddy job, but since it was insurance (or something) we couldn't say nothin' about it. Well, except for the interior (which still has a crack in it!!) but that's my moms doing. She's not the most brilliant that fell from the tree, in her family. The Carbon Monoxide really bites; I can drive for a little while before I start feeling all sleepy (the trunk also leaks/floods). I pull the windows down a bit and it's fine, I just roll them then, back up. But the fact that it even LEAKS! Not exactly sure what IS leaking, though, I have a feeling it's from that cracked interior, which is right next to the rear windshield. Grr, Peacock Nissan can do a number with themselves, they really blow.

You should have demanded that they use Nissan parts (I did). There is no reason why you should have a crappy car, just to save the other guy's insurance company some money. You also should have gotten a check for the depreciation value from the wreck.
