Have a few partners into cars and racing...I consistently hand most of my friends there own A$$'s when it comes to racing, however one of my pals tends to take the but woop'n personally every time. He's adds all sorts of crap to his car (accord) but nothings help'n em. I don't have crap on mine when it comes to performance....just a drop in K@N, thats it. The other night, we were all drinking at the barracks, and my boys like "Yo, I wanna buy your car". Im like "whatever, sure thing, hit me off wit 19k and it's a bet (basically F'n around wit him)" he's like "cool".........now, My friend is spoiled, so I know he has the money, but I still didn't take him too seriously (Im mean after all we WERE drinking) but just yesterday, sober, he approached on the same "wanna buy" tip. What do you guys think? I love my car....no....I LUV MY CAR! But in light of the situation I was thinking hmmm.....19 will probably let me get another one, same year, same color and with the same Cosmetics I've got on her now (she's loaded...sooo beautiful) but minus the mileage and little dam specs up front in the paint from highway travel.....Maybe even with cash left.....what do you guys think? Should I do it?

Sell that damn car. Buy a '95 Superblack SE 5spd w/around 50-60,000 miles for about 9k. It will probubly of been driven by a granny due to the low milage like mine was. Then with the extra cash, get rims, clear corners, suspension, tint, exhaust, intake, and SUPERCHARGE it. Then with the extra wad of $$$ you have take your girlfriend out, buy her somethin and impress her, and put the rest towards your bright future in your job!

I agree with you MOST definately here...the 4th generations are the Sexiest piece of Mechanical equipment this side of the Alpha quandrant......Im definately stay'n 4th, but......I mean COME ON PEOPLE itz da first DAM dream Car!!!! From the first time I saw her in 96 i Fell in luv...THEN when the 97+ came out I was hooked. Can ANYONE feel me on this....AM I JUST F@ck'n BUG'n HERE?!!! I dont know what rank are you but I know you dont make that much, you can go out and search get another 97 supercharge it and mod it a bit more than this one and still spank him bad, or you can get a 5th gen in stick for about 17k. This is a hard decision and I am feeling you on this one.

 

just call him on his bluff. do you really he is going to cough up 19K for a 97 max? if he had any sense he would get rid of his accord buy a 99civic si for around 12 pick out one of the milion turbo kits for it and show you and your max wassup.

I've done neither. After all....he is my friend even if he does drive a Honda. I told him I wouldn't sell, then I told him why....somewhere along the lines of "You idiot!!! Stop being lazy! Just get yourself one and Mod it however you want, Save Ya Dam Money, I don't have the heart to Rob you". As for money, I KNOW he has the dough, this Honda he has now is the only car he's held onto for over a year, prior to that, he was buying cars left and right....Sh*t his moms got em a GS 300 for his birthday last year, but he doesn't do anything to it Mod wise, he just drives it on weekdays. He drives the honda on Weekends when all of us are out and about.....I won't speak much more on it....to have that much loot at your disposal disgusts me....IM STILL PAY'n on My MAX!!!
