new mod to windshield nozzle idea..good or bad?

I'm not too sure how new this idea is...
because so far i've seen it only on one car in Long Island, NY.

I personally don't like blue windshield wiper nozzles...but after i seen this on one car it got me thinking...

The idea is to hook up the nozzles to the alarm LED bulb for an aftermarket alarm that flashes when you power on the alarm... this way the nozzles will flash when alarm is on.

My car already has a gothic 5000B blue alarm scanner on the vertical side of my front winshield on driver side...by adding this new* mod, it will match with the blue's.

Is this gay or a nice idea? Will this drain a lot of my battery and **** up my battery?(i have a Diehard Gold battery from Sears).

let me know, thanks.

ok, that's what i thought.

so is the idea cheesy/ricey??

In the final product i want to hook up the nozzles to blinkers and to go off with the activation of the aftermarket alarm, probably through a 3-way switch.

Eh, it's a little cheesy.

I personally wouldn't do it.

I have mine wired up to a switch and wired separately to my blinkers. So I only turn them on in rain/foggy weather.

Yet, you converted your car to a RWD setup.

I have super white ones, which shine a blueish/purple color, and I have them wired to my marker lights and blinkers. I also have a switch so I can turn them off and on just in case a trooper decides to pull me over.

lol, but isn't the whole idea of cosmetic mods is to draw attention to your car, for you car to stand out, for your car to be unique and different from another maxima??

I mean i thought about what you guys are saying that it will draw maybe attention that i don't need, but what could someone possibly do when they see my nozzles blinking outside , they can't steal the nozzles unless they open up the hood.....and to open thehood it takes time and effort for what just $15? I mean there's almost nothing one can do ?

I'm thinking of doing a 3-way switch and need to decide between hooking which option to the 3rd switch slot...

the 1st position of the switch will be hooked up to my turning signal blinkers, the 2nd position will be the off switch, and the 3rd position i either want to hook it up to my corner lights to light up when i turn my lights on OR i want to hook it up to my aftermarket viper alarm bulb attached to my dashboard, so that it'll blink when alarm will be on.

any suggestions??

I have mine on when I have the lights on and they blink when I signal. Everyone says I look like a "Christmas Tree" with my lights and two sets of fogs, but I like it that way.

The thing is I don't want mine on all the time, i don't like that look, i just want it to turn on with turn signals and the other option of either turning on with alarm or to have an option to turn on with lights(even though this contradicts my 1st statement about me not liking it, i can turn them on & off during shows, meets , etc)
