can someone PLEASE explain to me what these things next to our user names mean? lol it's been driving me crazy!! there's probably a thread about it, but i'm too lazy to look. 
oh and every time i go on my page i click experience and it tells me i've lost -5 experience points! WTF? is someone giving me negatives i wanna know who it is lmao
