How about this wire as a new style interior lighting system?
Nice, or rice, do you think?

I do feel like the max is creepy dark inside while driving at night. More so than any other car i have ever owned.
Other than floor lights, im jus not sure what else would be a nice way to add lighting.
I got tints so i do want my privacy, cant give that up by adding lights everywhere

funny i was thinking about this ksut a few days ago i was goonnna sow it into the seats and into the shift boots
i was able to find this http://store.glowire.com/products/Thin-Glowire.html wich i'm not sure would be good to use as a thread but it would be perfect to trim the dash panels and center console and if you get the dimmer power supply, sould out currently, you could trurn it down to a mear glow, no need to have full blast, i'm interested in the kit and will be placing an order for 20 ft once they have the dimmer power supply again

ANYWAY i think if you do it with the super thin and trace the gaps around the console and dim it, it will look nice, with the dimmer being key. if you run the super bright so it's looks like there is a light source behind the console breaking out i think that will look really ricey
Of course, I guess if you're gonna say "I got tints", you probably dont care whether tints is correct or not.
Unless you're referring to various color tints. In which case, you go right on with that rainbow faggotry.
Yes, but you dont tints your windows. You tint your windows.

+1 on not making your car look like Tron
I could see it being cool In one place. If you've been in a sixth gen they have a lip on the dash where it cuts off if you got it to match the yellow/amber gauge light and ran a pipe in that crack on the upper dash on the sixth gen it might be cool if I remember this thread the next sixth gen I see ill take a pic and post it

but to the OP, them ****s aren't a new item, they are old and ricey!
In a 4th gen i dont really see where the cabin is TOO dark at night, between the glow from a radio cluster and various other lighting such as your door switches hvac controls....theres plenty of light, especiaally if your cluster is LED converted and other switches....i could see it as being rice also...unless it was used for show, like under the dash to light up the floors when the car isnt bein driven at a car show....but thats just my .02
