Fuel gauge and Temp gauge not working properly

Fuel gauge and Temp gauge not working properly
I read that this may be the Dashboard regulator, Anyone know or have a part number? ( dealer has no clue as to what im talking about )
Also where on the dash is this regulator so i can remove and replace.
