help please!

so i went to change my spark plugs cause my car was acting funny and they needed to be changed any ways and i find motor oil at the bottom of the plugs, what does this mean ?

It means to SEARCH. You really should look before asking questions. Seeing how there is another thread on this same topic on page 1, that means you didnt even look for the answer to your question. http://forums.maxima.org/4th-generat...plug-hole.html
















Its a spark plug tube seal, it needs to be replaced

And before you ask, there are write ups, how toos, and many quick posts asking advise.

Search these forums for tube seals, valve cover(VC) gaskets, and upper intake manifold(UIM) removal.

Hot oil will also break down the rubber coil boots and cause misfires. Inspect yours carefully and replace if needed(Also available at rockauto). look for COP coil boots.
Did you replace plugs with NGK??
