Love my H&Rs

Just got home from Speedworld.com, took them 2 hours for the installation of my H&Rs. I must say I noticed a huge difference in how the car looked when they pulled it around for me. I noticed a difference when I sat in, I noticed a difference when I pulled out of the lot and I certainly noticed a huge difference when turning!
I am very pleased with these springs. My car looks 10x better than it did before just because of the wheel gap being cut in half and once I get 18s it'll look that much better. Performance wise I'd say they are great and the on the ride I must disagree with what I've heard about the H&Rs being just like stock ride. I noticed a huge difference just while driving on a normal road. Everything felt much tighter and stiffer, especially the dips and rises in the road.
Just wanted to share the joy I'm feeling right now. I know most of you could care less cuz you already have springs, but I've been waiting a long time to get this done and now that its done, I love it (except for scraping pretty hard when I pulled into my driveway..ill be more careful from now on).

Right now my car feels amazing to drive. What should I look for to know when the stock struts are dying? Bouncing??
Fill me in so I can keep track of how long they lasted. Thanks

As far as I know right now they did a great job! I was afraid that they'd take the spiral wire wrap off before installing them cuz I forgot to tell the guy to leave it on, but I checked and it's still on. No squeaks at all! Hopefully it will stay silent with no squeaks forever. Only took them 2 hours. Place was awesome, never even knew it existed til the other day. Ill be going there for all installations from now on and they carry a great inventory of bulbs and stuff...Thanks for all your help!

I know how you feel...I had my H&R's on for about 10k miles and took them off to trade in the car, was able to keep it and am really noticing the difference in the ride...not just the height but I do feel a lot less steady on the open road. Soon to put things back right in the Max world.

The springs were $210 plus shipping ($30) from CustomMaxima.com.
The actual install is what cost $175 plus tax.

yay!!! COngratulations and welcome to the club! I'm so glad you did the coil wrap! As a funny aside, the CEO of my company used coil wrap on his PC's wires...when we were moving his setup to the new office I was like @#$%^&*ing coil wrap! But I laughed because the stuff rules...multi=purpose!

Good to hear there is another happy H&R customer. I should make you aware that when you do go with 18" wheels be suprised how stiff your ride is going to be. For comparison, take your existing ride from you stock wheels/tires and multiply that by at least 5 -6 times stiffer. I have H&R, Koni (set to semi-soft), and 235-45-17 tire and occasionally wished I had 225-50-17 for a softer ride, but heck with the ride I like the way how 235s look, compromises
