horn and cigarette lighter wont work

im gonna skip the story cuz i dont ave one and get to the things ive tried to do.
i replaced the 2 horns in the front of the maxima because they wont work only the alarm horn works. that didnt work
i changed the horn fuse. that still didnt work
i kicked the car. that didnt work.

as far as the lighter goes ive changed it with 5 or 6 different ones none of em worked.
i changed the fuse. that didnt work
i kicked the car and went in the house and looked at previous forums and they didnt help.
what can i do about the horn mainly? and what can i do about the cigarette lighter because i like to charge my phone while having it plugged in to my aux cable.
stupid maxima!

grab a mutimeter and ohm test the relay for the horn and check for voltage. Better yet use a test light and test the circuits.

Stick it right into the cigarette light, and if it sparks:
you learn it works,
and blow a little 15A fuse.

Guess how I found out that trick?
