ground effects/headlamps/tail lights.

man... i was getting tired of 20-21mpg and was about to sell my 95 SE for possibly a G20t or 200sx so i could get better mileage...

i was just going to come on here one last time, pull up the CV axle walkthrough so i could replace them, get an alignment, and sell my car and be done with it... but i looked through the picture threads and unfortunately fell in love with the potential of my A32 again.. now i wanna customize it... lol i told myself its just a daily so i can have people keep off my s14 and be discreet on normal days...

but i decided to keep it... its only got 106,xxx and tight as a drum with only rust on the rad support. everywhere else is spotless and it looks and smells like a new car still. pearl white, my fav. color.

by customize i don't mean build the motor. just drop it on some teins, get some mudflaps, skirts, and a lip. and some nice simple, yet clean(conservatively-aggressive) rims

>>>> the questions: i see alot of people running the S14 sideskirts, i'd love to run some too and thats not rocket science, but i see a good bunch of you running more or less the same front lip for the 95-96 A32s, I wanted to ask what kinda lip is it? i'd like to put that one on too.

im mostly just asking what kinda parts are you using. i was also trying to find some nice aftermarket glass headlights, i see mostly plastic ones. anyone have some good suggestions if there are any besides OEM?

mainly looking for the make of some nice lips that can fit 95 fronts.. gonna try to make this look like a flush/clean simple (not hella-flush/cambered) semi-vip daily cruiser as a great contrast counterpart to my 14. thanks!

ADD: in regards to lights, i'm trying to find the clearest lense in glass i can find. i see some people here have very nice lights which resemble euro-zenki lights. HID/projector would be awesome too.

As far as lip kits (95-96), Stillen is best choice IMO. I've seen some custom make a lip (some to my liking & others blahhh). You can use 97-99 side skirts (i.e. ionic, stillen, erebuni, etc.).

Not sure about glass headlight makers, but cefiro's & R34's are the most popular choices. I personally have R34's & love them. Plan on doing retro soon.

And yes, keep A32. There's so much potential & rock it how you want (no matter how unique or how much critique you may get).

A32's FTW. '95-'96's FTMFW.

It's either mudflaps or a lip kit lol My vote is for a lip kit. Go with Stillen for that. I have rear lips for $140 plus shipping if you're interested. I've never seen S14 sideskirts on a Maxima.

For the headlights, there are glass ones but they're hard to find. Go with R34's. For a retro, you can do it yourself or have someone like myself do it for you.

Never seen an A32 with S14 side skirts. Stillen and Ionic Dynamic kits are most common body kits for A32.

Don't think anyone makes Glass aftermarket headlights. The 95-96 factory are made of glass but don't have the "crystal clear" look. The 97-99 are crystal clear but are made of plastic. Cefiro's and R34's are also made with plastic lenses.

If you want to go with the VIP look, drop it, get some good looking wheels, tint, and the Stillen lip kit. Remove the antenna, trunk key hole and close them up.

i coulda swore these were s14 skirts.. unless nissan recycles them for both cars? would make since since the 97 240sx started using this skirt first. i know the headlights i got are glass. which is why i love them. but theres something to be desired still.

i was actually looking into doing a 97-99 conversion, but saw 96-95s with the black lip on white and it won me over equally. which is hard to do since by itself, the front looks extremely dull and the grille is too steep/rounded looking. but the lip magically makes it on par with the aggressive feel from the 97s.

i want it maybe 50% VIP, but functional. so like a cross between a VIP and a sleek performance sedan. many cars on here have that kinda vibe to it. no ridiculously wide rims, but comfortably flush like a stealth bomber. many people here have there cars set up where their wheels/body lines flow in the same way an M5 does. thats the look i wanna go for. Chrisman, your car's setup is one of many i like. something along those lines. make the car look solid and beefy but not rediculously slammed or without straying too far from a look that people could be convinced it was OEM if nissan ever came out with a "spec R" for this chassis. you know what i mean?

i love the blue inside your housings too.
