I can get some halo projector lights from a 05 Dodge magnum very cheap.Should I buy them and use the parts on them to do my own projectors for my max?

I wouldnt. But unless youre just wanting something to practice on until you can get some quality projectors then go ahead.

Jarrod is right you would be better off researching projectors and find the right one for your reto it can take many hours to complete a retro yourself and it would suck to have to do the job twice .

If they're out of eBay style projector headlights, don't even bother.

I just did a retrofit, go on amazon and search up Morimoto mini H1, those projectors have a smaller base for easier installation(still need a dremel to trim back of headlight) and you will also need H1 bulbs youll need to mod your wires I got the projectors with the CCFL's angel eyes but one of them burnt out so I had to disconnect the other one.. from what I heard ccfls arent too reliable.. o yea and be careful of the thread on the projectors its not metal its plastic so its easy to strip
