where can i find a pump/ fuse location for this?

its gotta be one or the other right? or something else i should check? all lines are present and no obvious rips. no sound of anything "pumping" when i pull lever, just windshield wipers moving.

 

Since the wiper arms move, you do not have a fuse problem, the same fuse runs the pump and the wiper arms.

Check your local parts store for a new pump or order on from rockauto.com.
