Are inner tie rods for a 96 interchangeable with 97?

The OEM part numbers and alternate part numbers for a 1997 inner tie rods are different from the 96 part numbers.

Can I use the 96 inner tie rods in a 97? The 96 part number is 485210C025

Or must I stick with 97 part numbers?

That is also the same part number for the 97, 98 & 99. Originally there were different part numbers between the 95-96 and 97-up but 48521-0C025 has superceeded them and is the only one now.
