Help!

I have got a 1998 gxe and it keeps blowing the dash clock/obd port fuse. if anyone has had any simuliar issues any advice on where to start would be helpful

The clock uses 2 fuses, but the one that also is shared with the OBC connector is fuse # 40, 7.5 amps.

Fuse # 40 is used by the:
clock
radio
door chime
power antenna motor
receiver for door lock remote
body control module (BCM)
auto trans control module (TCM)
data link connector (OBD)
vanity mirrors
Homelink transmitter
key switch built into ignition key cylinder
instrument cluster

I would guess that the more probable culprits could be the mirror vanity lights, Homelink garage door transmitter (if equipped), power antenna and remote door lock/unlock.
