Engine or IACV clicks when accelerating *VIDEO*
Ok,
So I had my rack and pinion replaced by a shop about a week ago and everything seemed fine until today. I drove my car and theres was faint clicking sound coming from the engine bay. I open the hood, with the engine running and revved it. it sounds like clicking from either the fuel rail area but most likely the IACV area. The thing that drives me CRAZY is that the car runs fine and there is NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT!!!! What could this be?
BTW- when I looked at the engine, I saw that the idiots at the shop filled my power steering resevoir all the way to the top. I used a turkey baister to remove the excess and turned the wheel like 50 times to get any air out. Could this have caused something to break? could it be something else? Any help would be much appreciated.

Its funny cuz I was listening to it again today and it does sound more like an exhaust leak. I think the guys maybe forgot to tighten the Y pipe or maybe something related. Ill be doing a closer inspection later this week and update if I find anything....
