you'd probably have better luck posting the 5.5 gen and up forums or the classifieds..

Z1 said yhat the shop they use doesnt take work from private parties. They also refused to broker the build. They have really pissed us off with the lack of professionalism we have seen lately.

I contacted forged performance in marrieta and the use MTI but at 3700$ its a little pricey.

All of the local shops (NW FL) dont want to work on the vq. They do some honda work but we live in the Ferd and Chevy belt. But if we want a balanced blueprinted 454 we can get that done a mile from my house.

Name of the game, yea I know where Forged is lol. What do you think is a fair price? About $3k sounds right to me especially for just a single engine and single transaction. Theres a machine shop in Gainesville, Ga but I cant remember there name and they certainly wont have a website, its performance something or another thats all I remember. Z1 is probably lying to you though. They are ******** lol and really for no good reason. I talked to them at Formula Drift the other week and the ***** straight up walked away from me while I was talking to her

if it the same block then buy a vq30 then put the 3.5 pistons in it and all the other crap to make it a vq35.
