Upgrades and what not

So I got permission from the fiance to resume upgrading the Maxi and I got a few questions. Mind ya this is my DD but I really would like to have some fun with it. 95 auto 170k

Suspension: This car drives like a ****ing boat. What is a reasonable suspension upgrade to try and get some better handling?

Intake mani: I'm confused which is the easier upgrade the mevi or the other intake mani I forget the name. Is it a plug and play kinda deal or is there something I'm missing?

Exhaust: Mine is shot and needs replacing. I've found headers and a Y pipe just dont know what to do about the rest.

Intake: I currently have a SRI however I'm thinking about doing a CAI but dont feel like spending $250 on bent piping.

Any help or advice offered is greatly appreciated =)

Suspension: Keep it simple and get some upgraded springs/struts such as Tein H-tech paired with tokico struts. Or better yet get involved in the XYZ coilover group buy which will be about the same price

Intake Manifold: Dont bother for just some extra fun. If you come across a full mevi kit then ****** it up

Exhaust: Cmax has a good deal going on for cheap so hit him up

Intake: stick with what you have

good luck with the mods

Suspension - Rear sway bar is great. Front strut bar is good. For lowering you could either do coilovers, or springs & struts. Coilovers are gonna be a few hundred more, but worth it.

Exhaust - high flow cat, resonator, cat-back exhaust

Intake - The Injen CAI has the filter behind the radiator, so it's more of a warm air intake. I'd stick with a short ram, and put the money somewhere else. $15 for a filter cleaning kit to help renew performance (if it's dirty)

It's a DD.
Suspension, throw gr2's all around for a nice firm ride & great handling.
Run a high performance all season tire, have the car aligned.
Leave the intake and exhaust ALL stock.
Enjoy the ride and $$ in your bank account

don't get the headers... they might be cheap but the shorties give little gains for all the work you have to do. grab the y pipe though thats a really good bolt on upgrade. wakes the whole car up between 2-5k rpm.

this is what a 4th gen nets after y pipe and intake. nice gains for very little money.
