what is this part ?

Hi guys im pretty new to the forum and to the car world, laitly i have notived a sort of clunk when i brake its not all the time, so i decided to take a look under the car and the only thing i noticed is this part seems to be worn out and i was hoping to get some input on this...like the part name and how difficult it is to replace? thank you guys in advance...sorry about my phone i took them with my phone.

Why would you need that part? if you have movement/clunking, you need the black part that slides over it and that being the "Lower Control Arm" aka LCA. I think the part your circled is called "gusset" though, I may be wrong.

Your LCA bushing is shot. Get new LCAs, the other side isnt very far behind.

Thank you guys for the quick response.@Quickywd01... I will order one of this today,i just have one more question do I have to get a wheel alignment after replacing any of this parts?

I believe it's called the "pin link bushing" that metal zig zag part.
