98 nisssan maxima gauges not responding

98 nisssan maxima gauges not responding

My instrument cluster problem, fuel and temp gauge peg out, rpm flutuates and speedometer not working and odometer reads 999999.
do i need a whole new instrument cluster or is there a fix for this?

Instrument Cluster Repair 98-99 Maxima

Just get a used cluster from classifieds and swap it in, it's a easy swap.

They're like $25 from a junk yard, takes a total of 10 min to do.
