Need help identifying a part

It was the only piece I broke removing the engine harness for my swap. It's on the firewall and has 3 hoses coming out of it. 2 on one side and 1 on the other.

I'm not sure where this is a photo of. In stead of 2 close up photos, one of them should have been a more distant shot.

My guess that it is the center of the firewall, right behind the UIM. If I guessed right, I don't have anything there. My bracket doesn't even have the lip to hold the part. My car is a 97, cali emissions. What year is yours?
