I have been trying to decide what to do with my stock tails on my 98 max. I think I want to tint the white and the yellow on the bottom with tint spray($7) has anyone done this? I can't find any pics of what it would look like.

Go for it so the tails have that red/smoked look. I approve just don't go super dark with the tint.

Maybe someone will post pics of what amber looks like with night shades. I have the 6thgen and the night shades tints it perfectly, don't know how the amber tinted look

that's not too bad, really. Although I'd still spray the entire taillight assembly just for the uniform smoke look.
