Courtesy FTSB in the mail

It may be different for digital type wrenches but I use an old fashioned beam type torque wrench. The idea here is that my 3/8" drive has a range of 0 to 100 lbs. My 1/2" wrench has a range higher, I think it's 0 to 150 lbs. The torque specs for the bar are 35 to 40 lbs. Torque wrenches (at least beam type) are the most accurate in the middle of their range. So the wrench to use is the 3/8" because 35 to 40 lbs is nearer to the middle of 0 to 100 lb range. The 1/2"
drive wrench I use on my lug nuts because the torque spec is around 80 lbs for wheels. Thus, 80 lbs is nearer to the middle range of 0 to 150lbs.
Also I torque my FSTB to around 35 lbs, but that's me. I use a Courtesy bar and can warn you, if you don't know (search for more info), to watch the A/c pipe for the bar rubbing against it.
Sears sells beam type wrenches for under $25.00.
Good luck and don't over tighten.

Hacksaw? What for?
Also, the AC line, what did you do to get around that? I really don't know how to use a Torque Wrench. I saw one for $10 at Pep boys. Its a 3/8 wrench with 0-150 lbs/ft.

Maybe that's ok, sounds a little cheap. The range thing is what the booklet that came with my torque explained.
"Hacksaw?"
I have a '97, I didn't need a hacksaw. Courtesy sells 2 bars, one for up to '98, the other for '99 and up.

Read the directions with the wrench. It's easier than replacing your spark plugs, which should also be torqued.
