Do you have a question about the swap or do you need someone to help you put it in? If you just have a question about the swap why not post it here? A bunch of us have done it and may be able to answer your question.

Exactly. Post your question & one of us should be able to answer as most of us have done this swap or currently in swap process now.

Did you have oil in the car? Did you do anything to the engine?
And what do you mean by running for 20 min? Were you driving it hard, cursing or was it just idling?

Yes there was oil in the car , I swapped a new 3.5 motor with a 3.0 tranny how I had it before . So the mechanic turned the car on for 20 mins and it was smoking a lot and outta nowhere while idling the motor got stuck and after we opened it up again we saw that one of the rods was bent , what could of caused this?

Misaligned timing? Or you got a bad motor to begin with.

Replied to you thru pm.
Think the combustion chamber got filled up with oil or gas and it caused the bent rod

That would be my guess. Either that or you blew a head gasket and one of the cylinders filled up with coolant and thats what caused the rod to bend. You said it was smoking, where was it smoking from and what color was the smoke? Was the smoke coming from the top of the engine, off the exhaust mani or out the tail pipe? And also of course, when you pulled the heads off where any of the cylinders filled with fluids?
