Aiming headlights question

Which of the headlight aiming screws are for vertical adjustment? I just need to know which one is the one that controls the up and down aim. I need to raise my headlights higher.

Yeah I saw that thread before, but it's not specifically about the Maxima.

I couldn't find where it says specifically about those headlight aiming screws....

I just need to know which one is for up-and-down adjustment.

It ain't rocket science. There's 2 screws - try one and see what it does. If it doesn't do what you want, try the other one.

But I will forewarn you that you will probably need to adjust both screws. As you turn the one screw to raise the beam, it will also shift it to the side.

Oh I see!

It's just that I don't have a proper tool to turn those screws quickly enough. I tried turning one of them, and I didn't see any adjustment in he light.

Plus I broke one of those screws... it was all dried up and it just shattered. Do you know of a way I can still turn that broken screw? It's just the tip that broke off.

needle nose pliers really slowly. try having retro'ed aftermarket 97 lights in your 95. one is aimed straight but too far down, and the other one helps the incoming planes land!! cause the stupid thing wont go down

I'm in the same boat... Use vise grips
