need help identifying part
im new to the fourm ive been lurking for a while and this fourm heloped me outalot currenty my car pulls to the right or left depeding on the day yesterdyi was chaginging the breaks and noticed a rubber peice and [arts coated in oil i love diy but i dont knw what its called in order t order the parts and find a tutorial so i attached a picture the part is conncted to the weel as i turn it turns
