Difficult to shift into reverse

I have a 97 SE 5 speed that I have had for about a year. When I bought the car, the tranny was on it's way out, and after about 10 months of babying it, it had to be replaced due to the synchros being shot for 1st and 2nd gear. I got a tranny out of a 98, and put it in with a new clutch. At first, everything seemed great, although it did leak a little from the passenger side axle seal. I replaced that once with an autozone seal, and then with an OEM (which worked beautifully, not leaking any more).

My problem is this: when I first put it in, I could get it into reverse, no problem. Now, about 2 months later, I have to shift back and forth between 1st and reverse to get it to actually go in a few times. Sometimes, if I let the clutch out a tiny bit, it will slip into the gear. That is the only issue since the install. I put in Redline gl-4 tranny fluid, and did a lot of research before I did the tranny swap and clutch job.

Is there anything I can/should adjust that might make a difference with this? Also, does anyone know of any places I can get more gl-4 tranny fluid, but not have to pay $15/bottle for that synthetic stuff?

Thanks!
