Wierdest transmission issue...EVER!! Plz read

When the car is cold (1999 5spd, recently converted to LSD) I'll push the clutch pedal all to the floor and put my car into first gear. Then I'll let the clutch pedal out to start driving. As the car warms up, the engagement changes. When cold, the clutch will engage with the pedal released about 2 inches (pedal still close to floor) When the car is warmed up the engagement is very close to where the pedal is all the way up (almost fully released) It's kind of hard explaining this...so if you dont get it, i'll try to explain. If you do understand, what makes this happen? Today, (i'm in texas so it was about 95 degrees) I had the pedal all the way up (no foot on pedal) and the clutch was still trying to engage....

Please help!

It was bled. Master cylinder and slave both have about 20k on them (fairly new)
