Is it the rims or is it this dent that will make the car look better?

Yea, but when you wait and exercise patience, it makes it that much better!

LOL, Well I'm just going by what I've noticed. . I had got Altima wheels and then put on the size tires for them...but I even went with a slightly thinner tire and it's still over-calculating slightly. Matter of fact, when I'm going 71-72 on the speedometer, my GPS reads 70.

But thanks anyway for explaining that. I wasn't trying to trick anyone. But...I'm not a rookie like so and so said earlier. I've been doing it DIY for over 6 years, and done almost all maintenance items on my car myself except struts, brakes and tires.

It's a process. Sometimes you do better waiting to research all your options. I almost spent $300 for steel wheels online, only to find them from a local guy for $110. Hell, I finally replaced my blown out stock non-Bose speakers last week. They were so bad, the paper had disintegrated and could be crumbled to dust with my fingers. I've had the car for almost 2 years.

It's a fun hobby for me, as long as it's not too expensive or tedious. But in the back of my mind, I'm kind of doing this for re-sale at a later time...I really want to upgrade to an Infiniti m45, I35, or Q45 within the next year. If it weren't for me swapping stuff from the I30, I'd of been pretty bored with this car by now. But it's so fun making it into a hybrid lol.

What people want to know when you decide to trade or sell. What you need to know for maintenance intervals. You're probably reaching 3,000 or 7,500 miles far sooner than you actually are. It does matter.

It's the basical principles of Physics. Different sizes create different revolutions per minute
It would be revolutions per mile, but its irrelevant because the TIRE diameter is what touches the road surface. You had the wrong tire size rookie.
