Max Trouble EGR Harness

I bhave a 95 Maxima GLE. I am missing the harness for the EGR soleniod. Someone please post picture of the EGR Sol. with harness and where it connects to please. Code 1005 always car runs great then suddenly valve or something sticks then max bad gas mileage.

The solenoid with the brown connector is the EVAP solenoid.
The solenoid with the green connector is the EGR solenoid.

A 95 Maxima with federal emissions would only have the EGR solenoid.
A 95 Maxima with Cali emissions would have both the EGR and EVAP solenoids.
If you have decoded your vin to confirm it's Federal emissions then it's likely someone swapped engines.

There's a VIN tag on the engine you can check to see if it matches the VIN of the car.
VIN tag will be located on the back of the engine block towards the firewall and right around the area of the starter.

Plenty of pics sure but 99 % from SE's none show where the harness comes from its missing on my car GLE. I think it connect from the top of the TPS a purple connector to the EGR Sol.

I have a brown Sol. also I will check the VIN as you suggest seems ood to have the brown connected with air lines and no harness and I am getting a 1005 code. Thanks for the reply. I need to get to the bottom of this. Ther is a purple connector on top of the Throttle body I think may be for this the diagram seems to agree.
