Buyers guide?

Hey all, I've owned 2 maximas in the past, and am looking at a 97 (the inbetween generation to my other two). What, other than the maf, problems should I be looking for in body, rust spots, transmission, etc. It's a gle and automatic. Any help would be great, thanks all!

Radiator support usually rusts out depending on location, hard shifting in the transmission, rear valve cover leaking. Check the engine codes if it has any, and if you do a test drive, drive the car at least 55mph, thn stop and turn the car off and let it sit, and drive it up to 55 again to make any codes that were hid come up. KS usually goes out on them, and EGR gets clogged within 100k miles of new, so it's probably clogged. And just check the usual stuff, like oil and transmission fluid. Check for any odd sounds and leaks.

Good luck.
