Check engine light came on, did the diag, now im confused...

Check engine light came on, did the diag, now im confused...

Ok i had a check engine light on so i did the diag and i got 5 long and 5 short pulses.Went to the decoder page and it said "No Failure Recorded/Detected" Umm so whys my check engine lighton?

means no failure detected.. reset it and wait till it comes back

Try again you might be reading it wrong. At worst case scenerio reset ecu and see if light comes back on.
