Mysterious leaks after replacing window motors. Or A clog under windshield?

(95 Nissan Maxima) NO SUNROOF!
Ever since I replaced the motors in my windows, I have had leaks on my floorboards after a storm. I have taken off the door covers and and have inspected the inside of the doors and cannot find any moisture. I figure it has to do something with replacing the motors because the only area that doesn't get wet is the one window I didnt replace the motor on.

What did I forget to replace that might be causing this problem?

If it's not the windows, my only other explanation is something clogged from excessive pine needles and leaves below the windshield. Is this a possibility???

Things are getting grave, my car has mold on the interior and it wreaks of mold in the car!!!!!!

Please help!!!

Are your windows rolling all the way up in to their channels?

Thanks, yes the windows work fine. I really think it was all leaves and debris built up in the channel between the windshield and the hood. I also cleaned out a ton of stuff from the area between the chassis and wheel wells. I put silicone over the seam of the windshield just for good measure. I'm going to check it tomorrow with a hose after the silicone cures.

Now to deal with the moldy interior!!!!

Did you put the sheet of plastic back on under the door panel and insure that it is sealed to the door?

^^^^This ^^^^

Had the same problem with my BMW after a minor accident. The body shop reused the vapor barrier and it never sealed correctly.

If it's just the passenger side, try blowing compressed air through the sunroof drains

If the problem started after you worked on the window motors, you most likely did not replace or seal the plastic liner that is under the door panel.

The area that collects pine needles and crud inside the fenders can be cleaned out. I used a bent wire. I used some from a coat hanger. Then I cleaned out the rest with compressed air.
