buying tie rod end boots separately?

I have to replace one of the 2. There seems to be some kits out there that look like this:

But the place that I'm ordering from doesn't seem to have the boot that comes with it. And the ones for sale look like dust covers for the outer tie rod. Do they usually come with the kit anyway, or just the tie rod itself?

But then, I found the boot by itself and it's saying 'steering rack boot kit' by the same beck arnley brand. Are they the same thing?

Kits may have all items in it.
Parts are sold separately.
The outer tie rod doesn't have a cover. The ball joint on the end of the outer end is a covered assembly.

What was your question again?

Actually, I'm just replacing the inner-tie rod. The place where I'm buying it from only shows the part itself. It seems as if the boot is sold separately. So I'm guess I'm just asking if this part here is the boot for the inner tie rod?

It says 'steering rack boot kit'. They kind of look the same

The Beck Arnley is indeed the boot for the inner tie rod. Just did this job myself.

Make sure you it comes with the inner tie rod locking wash when you buy, the boot might now fit just let you know, I ordered the kits from eBay before, it did not come with the locking washer and the boot is too small, I fought it for like an hour and I still cannot put the boot on so I went to Advance Auto bought a separate boot.

OK, I ended up calling both beck arnley and the advance auto. Beck is saying the full kit and the tie rod are 2 separate parts. One comes with the boot, the other doesn't. Advance is saying the boot comes with the tie rod...but the part# is different when it comes with the boot. But he said it comes with the boot. I can't go to the store and verify this, so I'm just going to go with amazon. Unless I skip beck all together and just go with moog.

So I seen something on amazon that seems to be the tie rod/boot kit. Did you order it from carpartkings thru amazon? That's where I'm getting it from.
