Random but curious

Someone I know is curious about an item he saw on ebay, I have no knowledge about the item. I wanted to see if anyone here has any knowledge or first hand experience with the item. He has an 2.2 inch drop in front with 2.0 In the back he thinks the back needs to come down some more to be leveled with the front. This is the link

http://m.ebay.com/itm/390763097375?nav=SEARCH

He is only concerned with using the rear pair out of the set. If you have any input thanks!

I've seen people talk about these on the FB maxima groups and the feedback is always the same: Very bouncy ride.

The thing is I've never had a car with a "bouncy" ride I'm assuming that's not a good thing? People make a stiff ride sound bad also though.

A bouncy ride is annoying. It seems If you were doing a corner on rough pavement, the car has a greater chance to slide out.

I got you know, my cars have always been sturdy so I never really knew what bouncy felt like
