cluster back light not working help

Today I had someone replaced my bumper along with my radiator support, after I got into an accident 10 hours before, the engine wasn't hit, and the car never turned off, not codes came up, and apart from the cosmetic damage everything was in working condition, and I drove the car home, at this point everything is still working, the lights, and the cluster, so the guy too like 4 hours to get everything done, when he was done he showed me that one of the lights wasn't working so I though it was a fuse or blown blind, but when I got home, and was checking everything out I notice that my parking lights don't come on unless I use the turn signal (96 maxima) and that my cluster wouldn't come on at all, the led clock wouldn't dim when I turn on the head light, they work on high and low beam, my brake lights work, my cluster work, but the lights dont, I check the fuse at the driver side, the lower section done work unless the car is on or started, but it's just the lower half that does this, none of the fuse is blown, the parking light blub are good, I found the positive wire on the battery just hanging on, but nothing change when I fixed it, it's hell driving at night.

Check the fuses again. Specifically the interior illumination 7.5A one under the dash.

It sounds like your parking lights/tail lights aren't working either. This is a fuse under the hood by the battery. The cover has the word TAIL for this fuse. It is a blue 15 amp fuse.

If this fuse is blown, your instrument cluster won't have any light either.
