Removing the square relays from the plastic boxes?

Wondering if anyone knows if there is a tool or certain clip to remove the relays (under the hood). Basically, the ones at the front of the engine near the driver's side headlight. Mine are essentially hanging on their own, with just the relay cap on the top part. There's no bottom tray that the relay connectors are on. It was like that when I bought the car. Hope someone can get the picture without a photo.

So, I went to salvage yard and seen that the relays are supposed to be in-cased in a box, labeling which relay is which. However, I couldn't get the tray off from the relays because they seem to be clipped onto them. Wondering how to remove them.

It's a pain. Stab it with a screwdriver.
