Valve Cover and Other Assembly (From Last Week)

I'm getting behind on my uploads from the engine refurbish so here's an update from last week.

I thought this was a funny picture of the Maxima with the I30 looking on from outside the garage. You can see one of the valves from this picture.

The bolts that hold down the injector rail have been replaced with stainless hex cap heads.

Somehow the blue FelPro VC gasket and red parts are starting to make it look like something from American Airlines by accident.

The cross head water pipe restoration is all done. I hope I don't have a leak somewhere.

If anybody would like to know the treatment product I use to keep polished aluminum shining without using a clear coat that may yellow, crack, or peal, check out the following link to the maintenance and detailing section. I used the treatment on the VH45DE and it still provides coverage some four years later.

Thanks Dennis! Sometimes I make a run to Las Colinas for work and then on to FTW for other car club stuff. When I finish the project and get a good weekend off I aim to drive down and go to one of the DFW Nissan Club monthly meets.
