When replacing 02 sensors does brand matter?

97 Infiniti I30 is giving me codes P0130 and P0136 which are the 02 sensors, one upstream P0136 and the other downstream after cat P0130. Does it matter if I replace them with Denso, Bosch or Beck-Arnley, etc? Also, is it unusual to get both codes in the same week? I am suspicious becuase the codes came after using Seafoam in the gas tank, only about 2 ounces to a quarter tank?
