02 Sensor replacement

02 Sensor replacement

My maxima is pulling a p0130 code for bank 1 sensor 1 just wanted to verify where this sensor is located? Is it easy to replace and whats recommended after replacing the sensor??

Bank 1 is the bank closest to the firewall. Here are a couple of video's below. Usually a parts store with an OBDII reader will reset your code after you install a new sensor. I've had Advance Auto reset some codes for me in the past. I'll purchase an O2 sensor from Advance online and use the TRT30 discount code for items less than $100. For larger purchases I use the TRT41 code. You can search for Advance Auto coupons to get an idea of the discount codes that are available. IIRC, for some 95 models, the OBDII port is on the passenger side under the dash near the ECU.
