infiniti hood on 4th gen

I swore I saw a 4th gen with a I30 hood and grille is that a direct swap?

Definitely not a direct swap.
Most that do it don't manage to line it up right and looks like crap.

i30 grille goes up with the hood - you're gonna have to cut away that part to fit.
