Alrighty, my explanation revised

When I start my car for the first time, the idle is high, and acts just like everyone elses.

When my car has been running for a long enough time for it to be warm, and i turn it off, and 2 minutes later i turn it on again. The Idle goes pretty high (about 2-3k) for about 10-15 seconds. Then it drops down to 1500, then 1k... it stays at 1k for a short period.. maybe 1 second, and then the idle returns to normal low rpms.

If i my car is warm like in above scenario, but i wait 30 minutes before starting my car again, then the idle will go upto 1200rpms and after a few seconds drop to normal idle rpm.

Any ideas what the problem might be?
