The SE-R wheels, as sweet as they may be, won't fir coz Sentra are 4 lug. I am using the SE-R tires though, 215/45R17 summer tires.

The new Altima, and 4th gen Maximas and above are 5 lug, so you can use any of em. Be careful of the tire fitting though, too big/wide and you'll have problems.

You can usually find sets for sale on Ebay, and I would imagine on an Altima forum.

THANKS
I've been looking everywhere for nice photos of the wheels on a 4th gen; both me (and deezo I would imagine) are thankful!

I'm getting my wheels in a couple of months, deezo is considering 2k2 altima rims for his car too ... thanks again

No prob. And I thought I was going to be original with the Altima rims! I will say that while I love my rims, I'm not totally happy with the space between the tire and fender, and I've got Kumho 235/45s, so the overall size is the same as stock. I guess I need to drop the car, but I don't want to do much because its not really my thing...maybe .5-1 inch...don't know. Any opinions on that?

I bought my 2001 16 inch rims from ebay. They were dealer take offs.$375. They were well worth the money. They make the car look great. They look 200% better than the stock 16 inchers. ENJOY!!!!! For tires I put 215/55/16 Dunlop sport A2's a great tire.

I'm probably gonna lower my car next summer. H&R's give you about a 1.3-1.5" drop and the ride is almost as good as stock (so they say). I looked at some photos of 4th gens riding on H&Rs and didn't notice a drop, so my next option was B&Gs .. those look good and ride is supposedly decent.

Cattman was having a deal on Progress & AGX for $500, and my jaw dropped coz the price was reallly sweet. Good thing I didn't have any $$$, I'm gonna ask Brian for some feedback once the Progress/AGX combo has been trial-ed and tested more.

Ive got the same problem im buying a 96 max from a guy this spring but he has 15"steel wheels with caps, and i cant drive with caps, so i want 17" wheels but cant afford wheels tires and to drop the car so i guess i have to go with a large gap for awhile
Does anybody else have 17" wheels with no drop, anything would be appreciated and on a light colored car would be great, thanks
