Thanks!

Yeah, that dent in the back showed in the pic. The picture makes it look a lot worse that it is. I pounded it out as best I could. It used to be a lot bigger. Its the only body damage on the car, I don't even notice it anymore.

I don't want to dump $500 on a dent.
I can fix it myself, I haven't got around to doing it yet. When I got the car it was three times that size, I guess I was happy I got it down to the size it is. Like I said, the pic makes it look worse. If I'm walking up to it I don't notice it. My water pump is starting to leak out the weep hole, so I have other priorities.

Thats what I read. I am waiting until it warms up to tackle it. Can messing with the timing chain to replace the water pump cause timing chain noise?

How is it driving with a tinted windshield? Never seen one in person. Looks cool!

pump

I'm not sure but I know that it can also be the guide or tensioner, I have a feeling for me it's the tensioner because when I removed the tensioner the pin was stuck and we had to mess with it. I would advise replacing it when changing pump. I am going to replace soon and see if noise goes away. I like it it's great can't really see inside really makes a difference just don't get pulled over lol

Yes this car is a hot mess.

In the process of getting everything I need for an 00VI. I have the intake manifold, injectors, and coils. I just need the injector subharness, a VAFC II, and a wideband. I'm gonna go ahead and post pics and wait for all of the hate.

Aww thanks guys...

I love my Sig pic though... custom 'shopped by user Rochester here. Gotta love the alien I think my car looks better from the front or side profile, not necessarily that particular angle...HOWEVER I do find myself doing the "look back" damn near every time I park

It's Bosozuku style. Figured I'd get weird with this car. It's too easy to build a clean 4th gen.

It's OEM. Got it off a 4th gen in the junkyard.

And yeah. The exhaust isn't everyone's taste. I get a lot of **** for it, but I get a **** load of props too so it stays. It launches bottles so I ain't even mad.

^ That thing is a work of art. One of the best I've seen, next to Wizard's ride...

Let me ask you, can you actually clear a speed bump at that height?

Where do you see a Toyota emblem anywhere on my car?

And like I said. It's Bosozuku style. Some people like it, some people hate it. I'm just pulling different styles and seeing how they look. Building a clean car is easy. Building a car that's crazy and mismatched and having it look interesting and cool is difficult. I wanted the challenge. This car isn't by any means done yet.

I like the bozoku car. Kinda reminds me of Richard Pryor's movie "moving" where the Sabb was completely a different car at the end of the movie. But not as dramatic.
I drive it 😎

True, but depends on where you live.

There is no safety inspection and no emissions testing if you live in any one of these great states:

Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota.

But I did check out the whole "Bosozuku" culture of Japan and it's some pretty wild ****...the word literally translates to something like "running wild" lol
