my motor is filling up with gas

its running barley, not good enough to drive. the motor has so much gas in it that it would'nt even turn over, so i took the plugs out and than turned it over and gas shot out of the spark plug holes. also it is coming out the exhaust tail pipe. this all started with codes 0325, 0304, 0304pd, 0300. point me in the right direction before i take a flame thrower to this thing 98 Maxima w/auto trans.

Search this site for pintle caps. Your injectors are leaking. Pretty common now that they are all about 17 yo cars.

EBay for new orings, caps, and screens.

Exactly ... I'm shoulders-deep into this repair as I speak.

As seems to be the common failure, #2 and #5 decided to disintegrate, with #4 relenting as well.

^^ +1 to this. As our cars age, the rubber and plastic parts of the injectors begin to break down. The result is engine flooding and related misfires.

I was gonna say check the fuel injectors too,but the crew answered the question. Open injectors or a injector or too stuck open or all 6 of them. I know that had to be scary scene.

How is that careless? It's on a folded over blanket. Granted I would have the UIM on the floor to avoid dents.

it takes alot of force to make a dent appear. I've tried "abusing" a 95 camaro that my uncle just had sitting and had no use for it so he didn't care about it, I tried keying/putting a dent with my key, how much force it takes to create a dent, it was a fun experiment to do cause it does make you think whats realistic.

The fact that he put a blanket down tells me that he probably the type of person to very carefully place the items on the blankets, and thus will incur no damage. Besides, the rest of his car is immaculate and in great condition, so you gotta assume that he's not careless and thought this through.

Well i want to thank everyone who pointed me in the right direction to help solve my problem with my maxima. I did replace the injector on the #2 cylinder with a junk yard injector i had bought, but it did not fix the problem. So after about a week or so installed another injector from the ones i had bought (i bought 1 and put 2 others in my pocket ) And now the car runs like a champ again. So just wanted to give you guys some props for helping me out. Thanks again!
